Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow...........

Yesterday we had a huge snow fall, the largest since 1990! At this time I have 18" in my yard!! We are expected to get hit again late tonight or early tomorrow morning. This is only Saturday and we've already been told that we are having our first "No School - Snow Day" on Monday!! My kids are excited to have their Christmas break extended another day. I'm gratefull that I have four wheel drive but not so gratefull that people still drive like idiots on the icy roads!! But I'm able to overlook it all for its beauty.......................

You are so lucky to live in a country that snows. Here in Malaysia it doesn't snow. It's like summer all year round.

Ahhh...got to love the crisp frozen stillness of winter's frozen moment.

At least it wasn't a tsunami. Now that would have been bad.

It has been an absolutely beautiful. glorious snow!!! We have made dozens of snow angels amd I will post a snowman tomorrow. But alas, it is not the beauty of which we creat but the action in which we strive to create!!! But by God, what glorious weather!!!!

We've not had snow like that in years, here's hoping we get more snow this year :-)

Hope your lack of comments in the last few days is because you're making snow men, and not because you're without power etc. Snow has a way of being deceptively beautiful... and terribly dangerous.

I hate snow, good thing we only have gotten a few inches. Plus it sucks that they have one heck of a system to get it off the roads so I never get to miss school or work... BOOO!
